Matt Wagner is the founder of Accommodation Capital, a business development/capital raising platform for a clutch of investment boutiques and institutions doing innovative work.

Prior to establishing Accommodation Capital, Matt was a partner at XXI Securities, a boutique advisory firm specializing in tax and hedging transactions for professional investors. The unique capabilities of XXI allowed Matt to work with a broad array of investors. The diverse collection of firms he works with currently has only added to that mix.

His network includes many of the nation's most prominent Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices and Corporations. Additionally, there is an increasing exposure to large public pension funds and select sovereign wealth funds. By choosing to align with firms that offer unusual, value-added investment and planning ideas, Matt's web of contacts rely on him to provide clever, sui generis opportunities and strategies.
